CrossFit Foundations

This class will first focus on form & technique at a slower pace, followed by a fun & challenging full body workout. There are three different Foundations classes and completing all three is a pre-requisite for entering regular CrossFit classes (but not Unloaded classes).

 

CrossFit

This class will be constantly varied using functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity for the best results in strength, power, endurance, speed, accuracy, flexibility & balance. It is a pre-requisite to first complete all three CrossFit Foundations classes before entering a regular CrossFit class.
