Our Foundations classes (3 in total) focus on teaching proper barbell technique, body weight exercises & the use of a variety of equipment at a slower pace.
Each class will include a warmup, instruction & practice followed by a fun and challenging WOD and finishing with a cool down stretch.
***YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL 3 FOUNDATIONS CLASSES (IN ANY ORDER) BEFORE ATTENDING A REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASS***
*** IF THE FOUNDATIONS CLASS TIMES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU, YOU CAN ARRANGE A PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE SESSION WITH A COACH WHERE YOU WILL LEARN ALL THE FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS IN A ONE HOUR SESSION FOR $85.

In this class you will learn the Burpee, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk and Ab-Mat Sit-up.
In this class you will learn the Kettlebell Swing, Deadlift, Medicine Ball Power Clean and Barbell Power Clean.
In this class you will learn the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat and Pull-up.
