She regularly trains for & runs half marathons and can be found regularly in the CrossFit and yoga studios. Addy’s physical tour de force starts in the early morning being a thoroughbred race horse exercise rider during the day, and she brings that energy and intensity into each and every one of her classes.

Anna, who has received Honors in Kinesiology, is also an accomplished runner who has twice qualified for the Boston Marathon. Anna always finds a novel way to motivate her participants and inspire them to exceed their goals in a fun way.

Bernard is a powerhouse coach who walks the talk – he finished in the top 100 in Canada West and competed in the 2017 CrossFit Regionals in Portland, Oregon. He brings a deep understanding in technical movement, perhaps drawing from the discipline and finesse he acquired as a classically trained pianist and guitarist. Bernard will share his knowledge and experience in helping you understand and improve your own movement, while encouraging you to push to your own limits.

Born in Manila and raised in Toronto, Carla lives and breathes yoga, but in her spare time has a fondness for making beautiful hand-made soap. She completed her first yoga teacher training certification in Thailand and shortly after found her voice to teach yoga with confidence. Carla’s classes will encourage you to get intimate with your own feelings and sensations of your body and mind. You can look forward to increased joint mobility as well as an overall sense of calm and balance.

Nat is a talented and versatile athlete who enjoys aerials training in addition to swinging kettlebells. When she’s not pursuing her athletic training she can also be found behind the scenes at various music videos, fashion shows and red carpet events as she is also a trained makeup artist. Nat teaches her challenging classes with a soft military style – equal parts attentive coach and drill sergeant. It’s the class to nurture your inner savage.
