All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit workouts are always different, high intensity, challenging, interesting and fun. The classes incorporate Barbells, leading to increased levels of strength and skill over time. CrossFit is the most efficient way to improve your fitness.

BURN 45

Burn 45 is a high intensity strength and endurance class similar to CrossFit, using much of the same equipment, however one major difference is that we never use barbells in a Burn 45 class, making them perfect for all ability levels.

Hey Gang, We are Sooooooo looking forward to seeing you at our outdoor classes running all summer long ! Reminder to go easy, listen to your coach , listen to your body, take as many breaks as needed & modify any exercise so you can recover and come back the next day :)

This class is 60 min long, it will include a great warm up, skills review & practice, the workout ( wod ) and a cool down stretch

Strength:   Dead Lift   15 min
5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 -5    @ 65 -70% of your 1 RM   OR   find a weight that is challenging but allows for unbroken reps
