Kathryn

Kathryn is an extremely talented multi-disciplinary athlete having completed certifications in CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell and Thai Massage. Her boundless positive energy and enthusiasm charges every group class and personal session she leads. Kathryn knows how to bring fun into her sessions, and at the same time draw upon her various skills to ensure that learning and performance improvement will be realized at every step in your training program. She continues to expand her knowledge on health and wellness by regularly taking new courses, and she also enjoys travelling to try new CrossFit gyms in different cities whenever possible, as each gym offers something unique. She has trained new yoga teachers, worked with GB Olympic athletes and has been featured in Vogue.

You will be hard pressed to find a more qualified Personal Trainer than Lea, drawing upon over 30 years of experience as a fitness enthusiast, instructor and coach. Lea is the owner and Head Coach of Energia and CrossFit Greektown, and she has completed an almost countless number of various fitness certifications and courses – the list below being only a sample. Lea has also competed as an athlete in multiple disciplines, and she brings her vast knowledge and varied experience into every training session, and this depth of experience translates into big gains in the shortest possible time for her clients.
