YOGA & REHAB

We all have a part of our body that feels tight at one time or another, whether it’s from physical training or just sitting at a desk. This class will use yoga props to address those tight spots through movement & stretching.

YIN YOGA

Get ready to chill out in this class with seated & lying down poses supported by magic cushions (zabutons, bolsters, & blankets). Yoga poses are held for several minutes to allow for release of tight tissue and deep relaxation.

CHILL FLOW

Yoga isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and we get that so we designed this Chill Flow class to help just relax after a long week with some flow, nice scents and chill vibes.

PILATES

Your deepest core muscles stabilize your spine during all movements big and small from high intensity training to walking & sitting. This class strengthens your entire core which includes all muscles that support your spine, pelvis & legs.
