YOGA TUNE UP
We all have a part of our body that feels tight at one time or another, whether it’s from physical training or just sitting at a desk. This class will use yoga props to address those tight spots through movement & stretching.
Get ready to chill out in this class with seated & lying down poses supported by magic cushions (zabutons, bolsters, & blankets). Yoga poses are held for several minutes to allow for release of tight tissue and deep relaxation.
Yoga isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and we get that so we designed this 30 min class to help you improve your squat, run faster, and bend down to touch your toes without pain. A great way for everyone to get limber and prevent injury.
Your deepest core muscles stabilize your spine during all movements big and small from CrossFit to walking & sitting. This Pilates based class strengthens your entire core which includes all muscles that support your spine, pelvis & legs.
