CROSSFIT

CrossFit workouts are always different, high intensity, challenging, interesting and fun. CrossFit classes incorporate Barbells, leading to increased levels of strength and skill over time. The most efficient way to improve your fitness.

BURN 45

Burn 45 is a high intensity strength and endurance class similar to CrossFit, using much of the same equipment, however one major difference is that we never use barbells in a Burn 45 class, making them perfect for all ability levels.

CROSSFIT/BURN

This class is a hybrid of our CrossFit and Burn 45 class offering more options for those new to CrossFit. If a barbell movement is prescribed, a non-barbell option will always be given.

FUNCTIONAL YOGA FLOW

Do you want to improve your squat, run faster, and bend down to touch your toes without pain? We all have a part of our body that feels tight at one time or another, whether it’s from physical training or just sitting at a desk. This class will use various massage balls & other props to address those tight spots accompanied by movement & stretching. Yoga offers a way for everyone to get limber and prevent injury.

YIN YOGA

stretch, breathe, relax

Get ready to chill out in this class with seated & lying down poses supported by magic cushions (zabutons, bolsters, & blankets). Yoga poses are held for several minutes to allow for release of tight tissue and deep relaxation.

PILATES

deep core strengthening

Your deepest core muscles stabilize your spine during all movements big and small from CrossFit to walking & sitting. This Pilates based class strengthens your entire core which includes all muscles that support your spine, pelvis & legs.
